WILLIAM BARLOW NEAVES was born in Spur in 1943, graduated from Spur High School in the Class of 1962, and returned to his hometown several years ago following the passing of his wife, Priscilla. Neaves died Aug. 12, 2025. His family in Spur posted on social media, “We appreciate the love, prayers and support of those who were in a large circle of loved ones, friends and colleagues.
