Rice dishes are versatile, inexpensive, and prepared to do some heavy lifting at any meal. In my effort to eat more grains and beans, rice is playing a big role in the meals I prepare. There are many ways we can serve rice in dishes that will grace our holiday tables this time of year.

Spur Senior Citizens Menu

The Spur Senior Citizens Center, located at 210 Burlington Ave., serves a noon meal Monday through Friday. The dining room is open, or if you feel more comfortable during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are offering a curbside lunch you can reserve by calling (806) 271-4472.
