Two Spur High School students competed in the State Leadership Conference of Business Professionals of America March 3 and March 5. Tristen Martin won sixth place in the Presentation Management Individual contest, qualifying as a national alternate.

Texline stops Jayton, Paducah

The 5-1A boys’ basketball season was ended by the Texline Tornadoes last week. On Tuesday Texline defeated the Jayton Jaybirds 57–55 in Canyon in the regional semifinals game.
