The following students enrolled in Patton Springs ISD earned “A” Honor Roll for the 1st 6 weeks of the 2020–21 school year.

I can’t think of a double-crust pot pie that isn’t met with enthusiasm. The tender, flaky crust paired with a rich, creamy sauce and chunks of poultry or meat is unmatched. This time of year certainly gets me thinking about pot pies, shepherd’s pie, and casseroles.

Bulldogs proud to be American, but fall to Eagles

Legendary coach and commentator John Madden once commented on a game, “The defense here should be expecting a run or a pass.” The Spur Bulldogs saw plenty of both on Friday night as they fell to the O’Donnell Eagles 62–36.

Bulldogs fall to White Deer in slugfest

Late Jaybird surge falls short

The Jayton Jaybirds started the week under the impression that they would face the Valley Patriots in an away matchup spectators were calling the “Brother Bowl II.” Having watched film the previous Saturday, the Jaybirds were preparing to practice against everything the Patriots had to offer.
