Win over Aspermont would secure playoff spot for Jaybird baseball

Despite a 12-2 loss to Hamlin April 13, the Jayton Jaybirds baseball team’s chances of a playoff berth remain likely. A win over Aspermont on April 15 (after press time) will give the Jaybirds their second consecutive playoff appearance in the UIL post-season play.
