Renise Blair Morgan, 1951–2026

Renise Blair Morgan, 74, of Dimmitt, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026, in Dimmitt, Texas. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Dimmitt with Dr. Jonathan Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Dimmitt under the personal care and direction of Colonial Funeral Home.

Renise was born on December 3, 1951, in Spur, Texas, to William David “W.D.” Blair and Florene Noack Blair. She attended school in Spur, where she graduated as valedictorian of her high school class. She went on to study at Texas Tech University, earning degrees in music and accounting and becoming a CPA. On February 14, 1985, she married Randy Morgan.

Renise was a talented musician who played the clarinet and other woodwinds, as well as the piano and guitar, and she also sang beautifully. Strong in her faith, she composed songs for all of the Psalms and dedicated herself to memorizing Scripture. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Dimmitt.

Renise enjoyed bicycling, often riding 14 miles and using her bike to run errands and pay bills. She also loved spending time with Randy, gardening and riding bikes, and she was gifted in crafting, painting and creating art canvases.

Renise is survived by her husband of forty-one years, Randy Morgan of Dimmitt, Texas; brother Kerry Blair and wife, Belinda, of Hawaii; two nephews and a niece; and sister-in-law Deanna Cooner of Dimmitt, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, W.D. and Florene Blair; her aunt Renae Noack; and her brother-in-law, Gary Cooner.
