1A FAN PLAYER OF THE WEEK Senior Nick Ortiz of the Spur Bulldogs was selected by Texas 1A Fan as their Sticker Player of the Week. The fan site said Ortiz did a “good job blocking offensively and was a wall on his side of the field defensively.”
QUEEN OF THE COURT WINNERS The Spur Spurettes tied with Valley and went 4-0 to win the Queen of the Court Tournament last week in Spur.
