SEASON ENDS The Spurettes, the Spur varsity girls basketball team, lost a tough Area playoff game to the Klondike Lady Cougars Friday night 43-37 in Tahoka. The loss concludes a great season for the Spurettes. With an 8-2 record, they were district runners-up and advanced to bi-district, defeating Petersburg to advance to the Area championship.
